Job summary

IntelliGenesis, based in Glen Burnie, MD, seeks a seasoned Scrum Coach with SAFe experience and Scrum Certification. The role requires collaboration with the Product Owner for agile ceremonies, including PI planning.

The ideal candidate has extensive DoD program/contract/financial management experience, a U.S. citizenship, and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Compensation ranges reflect senior-level responsibilities and location-specific considerations.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management with a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP certification, CPCM, or DAWIA Level III can substitute, plus three more years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels; ability to elicit team synergy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owner in SAFe/agile ceremonies including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning events.
• Provide guidance as Scrum Coach with Scrum Certification.
• Ensure alignment of program management practices with contract and financial management requirements.
