Job summary

IntelliGenesis LLC® seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead day-to-day program activities for defense/intelligence work in Maryland. You will manage staff, coordinate with the CO/COR, ensure schedules, costs, and contractual obligations are met, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph, hold a Bachelor's degree, PMP certification, and 10+ years of program management experience in the DI environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.
• PMP Certification.
• Minimum ten (10) years experience performing as a Program Manager for the Defense/Intelligence community.
• Strong leadership with hiring, developing, and retaining staff across programs.
• Coordinate with CO, COR, Government PM, and staffing manager for cross‑discipline integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction of day-to-day program activities and manage contractor interfaces.
• Oversee hiring, orientation, and management of staff for assigned programs.
• Develop and monitor performance measurements and set goals for employees.
• Define strategic goals and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Build and maintain customer and employee relationships.
