- Strong collaboration with Product Owner for SAFe/agile ceremonies.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes user requirements, CONOPS, and system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
- Leads design and development activities, guides requirements, and conducts feasibility studies; integrates designs into operations.
- Develops technical documentation and system architecture/design documentation.
- Guides planning through SE management plans and system integration/test plans; interfaces with Government on technical considerations.
- Maintains technical integrity of work and deliverables in SE area.
- Communicates with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
