DCCA is seeking a Program Integrator 3 (Scrum Coach) in Maryland. The role requires active TS/SCI with poly and involves analyzing user requirements, leading system engineering activities, and providing technical leadership across architecture, design, and testing.

The position sits within a high-profile government program with a strong emphasis on SAFe/agile ceremonies. The proposed salary range for this Maryland position is 160,000 to 185,000, with comprehensive healthcare and retirement

Qualificações

High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general system engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline with 7+ years of systems engineering experience.
Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline with 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline with 3+ years of systems engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

Analyzes requirements, concept of operations docs, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design and technology.
Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management and test plans.
