IntelliGenesis seeks an experienced Scrum Coach to drive SAFe/agile ceremonies and collaborate with the Product Owner for sprint planning, reviews, and PI events. The role requires DoD program and contract management know-how and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Ideal candidates have extensive DoD experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel; Lean Six Sigma is a bonus. This is a full-time, on-site position in the United States.

Qualificações

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 15 years combined DoD program/contract/financial management experience with a business or technical degree.
• In lieu of degree, PMP/CPCM/DAWIA Level III certification with 3 more years of related experience or 20 years total.
• Interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills across levels; tact and diplomacy.
• Intermediate MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Lean Six Sigma training is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning.

Bachelor’s Degree (business or technical)

PMP/CPCM/DAWIA Level III equivalency
