Job summary

Red Arch Solutions is seeking a Program Integrator in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The candidate should have Scrum Coach experience, SAS/SAFe ceremonies experience, and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

A strong background in systems engineering and requirements analysis is essential to lead cross-functional teams and align with government objectives. The role emphasizes technical leadership, planning, and collaboration across developers, testers, and program managers to ensure

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
Bachelor's/Master's/PhD options acceptable with corresponding experience.
Ability to lead system integration activities and coordinate with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyzes user requirements, CONOPS, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities; guides users, advises alternatives, and conducts feasibility studies; provides technical leadership for integration.
Develops technical documentation; develops system architecture and design documentation.
Guides planning through development of system engineering management plans and test plans; interacts with Government on technical considerations and issues.
Ultimate responsibility for technical integrity of work and deliverables in Systems Engineering.
Communicates with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
