Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
- Experience coordinating with Product Owner and agile teams for SAFe ceremonies.
- Demonstrated systems engineering expertise with formal education requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes user requirements, CONOPS, and high-level architectures to write system requirements specs.
- Leads design and development activities; guides requirements, feasibility studies, and integration leadership.
- Develops technical documentation, including system architecture and design artifacts.
- Guides planning via SE management plans and test plans; interfaces with Government on SE considerations.
- Owns technical integrity of SE deliverables and work products.
- Communicates with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
