Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Program Integrator to lead capture activities, manage customer relations, and oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance across programs. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

The Sr PI will coordinate with government customers, drive IMS/EVMS processes, and support risk management while traveling up to 25% as needed to Raytheon sites and customer locations.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience being the sole interface with the customer and building strong relationships.
• Experience with development/engineering design and program support including IMS/EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs, including proposal prep and negotiations.
• Manage proposal strategy, schedules, and internal reviews.
• Monitor and guide technical teams to meet customer goals.
• Display strong communication and presentation skills with leaders and customers.
• Implement Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and EVMS to meet EAC requirements.
