Job summary

RTX is seeking a program planning professional to support a Naval program within the Planning organization. You will develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex programs using MS Project, ensuring compliance with government requirements and accurate resource loading.

The role is onsite in Tucson, AZ, with relocation available. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, perform critical path and schedule variance analyses, and support EAC/LRE

Qualifications

• Typical requirement: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related field and 2+ years in Program Planning or Scheduling.
• Experience with industry scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera or similar).
• Strong understanding of government EVMS requirements and schedule integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program.
• Analyze IMS for schedule integrity, critical path, and variances; prepare status reports.
• Support EAC/LRE processes and coordinate with Program Manager and customers.
