Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator (PI) to support a Product Support (PS) Global Patriot portfolio of Repair and Return programs reporting directly to the PS Sr. Program Manager for this portfolio. This role will assist Program Managers across the portfolio in planning, executing, and monitoring program activities to include managing program execution, maintaining program cadence across Raytheon repair sites and external vendor repair locations, and identifying and communicating risks and opportunities that may impact program performance.
The role also requires establishing and sustaining effective communication across functional areas within Product Support and the Prime Contractor Program Management Office (PMO). Additional duties include analyzing key Repair and Return performance metrics and recommending areas for improvement. Beyond internal responsibilities, the Program Integrator will interface with the customer on topics such as monthly program reviews, customer working groups, and discussions related to business growth. The Program Integrator will also contribute to future business development efforts by supporting proposal activities.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
