Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Integrator to support the Global Patriot Product Support portfolio. This onsite role in El Paso involves coordinating cost, schedule, and technical objectives across Raytheon and external partners, with responsibility for risk and performance visibility.

Eligible candidates must hold an active Secret clearance and have PM experience. The role includes interface with customers during reviews and potential proposal support, with domestic travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent with 5+ years' relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• PMP or higher certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• EVMS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Prior management or leadership experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret clearance required Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Drive integration of cost, schedule, and technical objectives through program plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and key program stakeholders.
• Lead and contribute to program meetings, performance reviews, action tracking, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage financial and schedule performance, including cost analysis, EVMS compliance, proposal development, and gate package preparation.
• Support risk and opportunity planning, assessment, mitigation execution, and reporting; travel domestically up to 10%
