Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Integrator for the Next Gen Short Range Interceptor program. The role leads cross-functional teams, drives program integration, and engages with the program office and IPTs to ensure timely execution.

The position requires a Secret clearance and involvement across multiple sites in the US, with domestic and international travel as needed. Onsite work is expected in Tucson, AZ or other locations.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with 5 years.
• Proficiency with PMX tool suite or similar program management systems.
• Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints to meet deadlines.
• Ability to mentor CAMs and improve processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in aerospace/defense is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program integration across IPTs and CPTs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
• Manage program cadence: risk reviews, reviews with customers, schedule reviews, and EACs.
• Maintain documentation in RLPM, EVMS, and related governance tools.
• Foster a positive, inclusive program culture and communicate with stakeholders.
