The Specter Portfolio of programs is seeking a Sr Program Integrator (PI) located at Raytheon in Tucson, Arizona. This position reports directly to the Portfolio Growth & Strategy Director and is responsible for new program captures through government customer relationship building, review of government RFI/RFP solicitations, RFI/RFP responses, and other portfolio related support. The Sr PI will serve as a key leader, setting direction and strategy to meet customer milestones and AOP commitments for the organization. As new programs are captured, the Sr PI will have the opportunity to step into a program execution role which entails Government Customer interface and providing direct oversight of cost, schedule, and technical performance. This role requires both tactical and strategic planning, as well as the ability to influence all levels of the organization on the correct capture / execution path. The Sr PI requires the ability to lead a technical team in a dynamic, go-fast environment. An optimal candidate will have experience in team building and maintaining and growing customer relationships. This position also requires proficiency in problem solving, leading cross functional teams, effective communication, and driving results across a varied supply base.
