Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a highly motivated Program Integrator reporting to Transition to Production. You will work closely with the Transition to Production team and interfaces with customer during reviews and growth discussions.

This onsite role demands strong program management, risk and opportunity handling, and adherence to RLPM, EVMS, and contract requirements. A Secret clearance is required, and relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Experience in project coordination, operations or business support.
• Experience with transition to production, production, or integration activities.
• Experience in program management including RLPM and related practices.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government clearance required before start.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily program cadence including risk reviews, EV cadence, IPT/CPT reviews, and MMRs.
• Prepare and monitor documentation in compliance with contract requirements and RLPM.
• Control account management (CAM) for PMO efforts.
• Lead risk and opportunity management activities for the program.
• Develop partnerships with contracts, finance, supply chain, operations, and quality.
• Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare for visits.
• Support proposal efforts.
