Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 9+ years of related experience.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years preferred; in lieu of a degree, 13 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve program operational targets to impact division results.
• Coordinate with program management and cross-functional teams to explain information.
• Develop and maintain program IMS and budgets.
• Lead EVMS, CDRL preparation, and financial forecasting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly program financial reports.
• Advise management on adherence to Finance policies and best practices.
• Own the team’s execution of program finance deliverables.
• Provide financial analysis for audits and other activities.
• Train, supervise, and develop PFA staff.
