Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree preferred or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with defense programs is a plus.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the project controls analyst – responsible for setup and activation of assigned projects, service orders and production work order support in ERP system.
• Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs by working with cross functional IPT.
• Support major programs including Cost Plus, with contractual Earned Value (EVMS) reporting requirements.
• Preparation of EV deliverables, variance analysis for both internal management and customer.
• Provide audit support as needed.
• Provide inputs for the monthly, quarterly and annual sales and cash forecasting process.
• Perform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC, Sales, Profit and Cash), identifying specific drivers of deviations from estimates.
• Review weekly labor/material charges and perform necessary cost transfers.
• Prepare backup costing support for Fixed Price, Cost Plus and T&M monthly customer billings.
