Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support financial management, estimates, and cost reporting for assigned programs. This role will partner with program management teams to analyze financial position and prepare monthly customer reports.

You will monitor costs, prepare EACs, perform variance analysis, and support monthly closings in a cross-functional team environment. Strong communication and ERP/SAP/Deltek Cobra, EVMS experience are valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years related experience; or Graduate Degree with 0-2 years; or 6+ years experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum 6 months interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain in program development.
Minimum 6 months experience with multiple contract types (CP/FP/T&M).
Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

Set up and activate assigned projects, service orders, and production work orders in ERP.
Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analyses for labor, material, subcontract and ODC against budget.
Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs with cross functional IPT.
Provide inputs for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and cash forecasting.
Perform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC, Sales, Profit, Cash).
Review weekly labor/material charges and perform cost transfers.
Excellent communicator with the ability to interact with management levels.
