Job summary

The role requires strong EVM experience, Deltek Cobra/Costpoint expertise, and proficiency in Excel and Cognos. A DOD clearance may be required; US citizenship is applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree with 2+ years; or 8 years in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 2years’ experience in Earned Value Management (EIA-748 ANSI EV Guideline).
• Proficiency with Deltek COBRA.
• 4-8 years’ experience with Microsoft Office including Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and IBM Cognos Report.
• Ability to obtain a DOD security clearance (US citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, cost/schedule risks, and opportunities affecting outcomes.
• Support program management and project teams in financial performance and requirements.
• Manage and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) system for the program.
• Ensure monthly EAC and EV compliance with AC-13 requirements.
• Maintain EV docs monthly: WADs, RAMs, WBS Dictionary, Control Account Plan.
• Create and review monthly VARs; file BCRs as needed.
• Establish and manage program baselines with CAMs.
• Review and prepare monthly project billings for customer invoices.
