Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Finance in Bristol, PA. You will analyze data, generate financial reports, perform variance analysis, and advise the IPT and senior leadership on program financial status.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration and ERP/EVM proficiency. You will activate projects in ERP, monitor costs across labor, materials, and subcontracts, and produce EACs while supporting EVMS reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

Act as project controls analyst and set up/activate assigned projects, service orders and production work orders in the ERP system.
Monitor and analyze program costs; perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast.
Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs with cross-functional IPT.
Support major programs including Cost Plus with Earned Value (EVMS) reporting requirements.
Prepare EV deliverables and variance analyses for internal management and customers.
Provide audit support as needed and inputs for monthly/quarterly/annual sales and cash forecasting.
Perform variance analysis to forecast results and identify drivers of deviations.
Review weekly labor/material charges and perform cost transfers as needed.
Prepare backup costing for different contract types and monthly billings.
