Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; minimum 6 years of program finance experience; graduate degree reduces required experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of program finance experience accepted.
• Experience with EVMS, EAC/ETC, and cost/schedule integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management with early warning of performance issues and risks.
• Develop time-phased budgets and EV data compliance.
• Perform budgeting, variance analysis, and internal/external reporting.
• Support Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and charge numbers.
• Prepare program financial artifacts and customer briefing.
• Mentor junior analysts and coach PMO/CAMS on cost & schedule.
