Job summary

You will report to the Program Finance and Pricing Manager and oversee the Production portfolio, driving forecast accuracy and financial insight across major programs.

The role requires experience with EVMS, cost control, and ERP tools; proficiency in Excel; and the ability to partner with program management to deliver on financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of finance experience or Graduate Degree with 4+ years of finance experience. In lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare EV deliverables and variance analysis for internal management.
• Monitor and analyze program costs; perform labor/material/subcontract/ODC estimates vs. budget and forecast.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for programs and assess profit impact with variance commentary.
• Provide input for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and cash forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with program management to report on health of assigned programs and create management review packages.
• Propose action plans with program teams to meet financial targets and program goals.
