Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Amityville, NY, seeks a Senior Manager, Program Finance to lead cost control, budgeting, and forecasts for large, complex programs within Tactical Airborne Systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience; Graduate Degree with 10 years or 16 years if no degree.
• 5+ years' of Program Financial management experience.
• 3+ years setting up and monitoring cost control system on contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review work of direct reports to ensure contracts, proposals, pricing, billings and forecasting stay within parameters and government cost control guidelines.
• Develop financials for annual operating and strategic plans.
• Provide weekly/monthly revenue and project profitability variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain weekly tracking sheets for Order, Sales, Profit, and Cash Flow for leadership reviews.
• Ensure program plans and execution align with earned value management guidelines; manage risk and cost/schedule/technical status.
