Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years related experience; graduate degree with 10 years; alternative 16 years experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years’ program financial management experience.
• 3+ years setting up and monitoring cost control systems on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review work of direct reports focused on policy, strategy, and government cost control guidelines.
• Develop financials for annual operating and strategic plans.
• Provide weekly/monthly revenue and profitability variance analysis against spends, budget, and forecasts.
• Maintain weekly tracking sheets for revenue, profit, and cash flow with program management inputs.
• Ensure compliance with EVMS guidelines and integration of cost and schedule.
• Forecast working capital elements and assess program cost completion estimates.
• Prepare reports and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Brief senior leadership on budget matters and changes.
