Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Manager in California to lead financial planning and analysis for the Deployables Business Unit. You will oversee EV reporting, forecasting, and budgets, while guiding a team of program cost analysts across Goleta, Redondo Beach, and Oxnard locations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or MBA with extensive leadership experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance. Travel up to 25% is anticipated as part of this position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience including people management
• Or Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience including people management
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience with program proposals, cost and schedule control or program budgeting and forecasting for U.S. Government and International programs

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial business analysis and reporting with the ability to clearly communicate with senior management as it relates to financial program status and analyses
• Coordinate and Develop business strategy with both BU FP&A and OU Product Director to enable accurate forecasting and long-range planning
• Oversee key line forecasting, work authorization, EV reporting, program budgeting, estimate at complete development, and various financial reporting activities
• Coordinate cost and schedule analyses and preparation of reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon cost and schedule parameters and government cost control guidelines
• Assist in coordinating proposals from draft RFP to award, including review of RFP, FAR clauses, coordination with subcontractor flow-downs, basis of estimates, indirect rates, pricing strategies, cash management, negotiation strategy and oversight, and presenting to Senior Management
• Manage risks with multiple contract types from both an execution and financial perspective
• Other duties as assigned
