Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Manager – Manager Level 3 in California (Goleta, Redondo Beach or Oxnard) to lead financial planning and analysis for the Deployables Business Unit. The role requires steering forecasting, EV reporting, and contract cost control, while guiding a team of program cost analysts across locations.

The candidate will manage proposals, risks, and performance metrics in support of national and international programs, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience including people management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance.
• Experience with program proposals, cost and schedule control, or forecasting.
• Experience leading diverse teams and handling multiple time-sensitive deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial business analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and estimate at complete development.
• Oversee EV reporting, EAC, and price-to-win analyses for proposals.
• Manage risks across multiple contract types from execution to financial perspective.
• Support proposals from RFP draft to award with cost, schedule, and negotiation oversight.
