Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD seeks a Business Management Manager 1 to lead program financials within the Airborne Multifunction Sensors Division. This on-site role focuses on forecasting, EV reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning for senior management and external customers.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in government contracts, EVMS, SAP, and leading diverse teams, with domestic travel up to 10% and US citizenship required for a Secret clearance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in finance, accounting, or program control.
• Understanding of U.S. Government contracts and FAR.
• Experience with government budgeting and forecasting.
• Prior people leadership experience.
• Experience with earned value management and SAP.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
• U.S. Citizenship is required and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support program financial activities including forecasting and EV.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting.
• Develop strategy and present financial data to senior management.
• Support pricing and proposal activities from draft RFP to award.
• Manage risks across contract types and ensure cost controls.
