Job summary

MyndBridge seeks a Senior Program Manager to provide senior leadership over all program delivery across schools, community sites, and our Queens training center. You will own the relationship with funders and ensure on‑time, compliant program delivery and outcomes.

This role leads the program team, oversees grant-funded initiatives, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to meet enrollment, completion, credential attainment, and placement targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7+ years of program management, including grant‑funded programs and team leadership.
• Experience managing WIOA, DCJS, or similar public grants—deliverables, compliance, reporting, and monitoring visits.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of all programs across multiple sites and models.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the program team and contractors.
• Manage active grants and ensure contractual deliverables, funding requirements, and reporting deadlines are met.
