Job summary

MyndBridge, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead program delivery across schools, community sites, and our Queens training center, ensuring quality, outcomes, compliance, and on‑time delivery for all programs and grants.

You will oversee the program team and align deliverables with funders’ expectations. On‑site and field‑based work is required with regular evening and some weekend activities tied to program schedules; one remote workday per week is allowed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
5–7+ years of program management experience and leadership.
Experience managing grants (WIOA, DCJS or similar) with deliverables and reporting.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding program outcomes.
Strong leadership, organization, and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day program delivery across multiple sites and models.
Lead, coach, and develop the program team and coordinators.
Manage grants, contracts, reporting, and compliance with funders.
Monitor KPIs and ensure programs meet enrollment, retention, completion, credential attainment, and placement targets.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing).
