Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in relevant fields.
• 5–7+ years of program management, including direct leadership of grant‑funded programs.
• Experience managing WIOA, DCJS, or similar public grants with deliverables and reporting.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding program outcome targets.
• Strong people leadership, operational discipline, and organization.
• Comfort interpreting performance and compliance data with CRM/case-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day delivery of all programs across schools, community sites, and the Queens center.
• Ensure enrollment, retention, completion, credential attainment, and placement targets.
• Standardize program launch, session models, and reporting cadence across sites.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the program team and coordinators.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management for program staff.
• Assist funder relationships, monitoring visits, and corrective actions.
