NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Director to oversee the Beverly Continuum Supports (BCS) program located in Beverly, MA. The role focuses on leading a trauma-informed, family-centered environment and ensuring alignment with the agency’s mission and values.

The position requires extensive supervisory experience with youth programs, budget oversight, and after-hours on-call coverage, with a competitive benefits package and salary of $85,000 annually.

Qualifications

• At least five years of supervisory/managerial experience in an adolescent residential program and/or campus.
• Experience with youth population.
• On-call support and unannounced after-hours visits.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and professional development of the members of the management team.
• Oversight and management of program budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Participation in agency internal investigations as needed.
• Development of and adherence to program and agency policy.
• Communication with families, funding and licensing representatives.
• Ensure the program is aligned with agency mission, vision, and values.
