Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) seeks a Program Director for its Transitional Support Services (TSS) in Western Massachusetts. You will provide clinical, administrative, and operational leadership, ensuring trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and recovery-oriented services in a residential setting.

You will oversee admissions, licensing, budgeting, staff development, and collaboration with senior leadership and community partners to promote coordinated transitions and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory capabilities with a track record of team development.
• Experience in substance-use treatment, recovery services, or transitional-support settings.
• Working knowledge of Massachusetts DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services licensing and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, administrative, fiscal, and operational leadership for BHN's Transitional Support Services program.
• Plan, develop, organize, and direct program operations in alignment with BHN's mission and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, harm-reduction, recovery-oriented services in a safe residential environment.
• Oversee admissions, census, service coordination, treatment planning, documentation, and transitions.
• Maintain program licensing and regulatory compliance with MA DPH and Bureau of Substance Addiction Services.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and professional development for program leaders and staff.
• Monitor incidents, complaints, training, documentation quality, and quality-assurance activities.
• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting.
• Build relationships with referral sources, payers, community providers, and BHN programs for continuity of care.
• Evaluate outcomes, update policies, and support accreditation activities.
