Job summary

NFI Massachusetts, Inc. seeks a Residential Manager for its Beverly, MA youth program. This full-time role leads daily activities, treatment planning and staff coordination within a therapeutic residential setting for youths aged 12-18.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring program reporting, and maintaining facilities and meals services. Requires an Associate's degree and strong communication skills; driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in psychology, sociology or related field.
• Experience with a similar population preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, conflict resolution and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily activities schedule.
• Develop, execute and report on client treatment plans.
• Lead staff meetings and clinical meetings.
• Provide weekly or biweekly supervision.
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage as assigned.
• Screen applicants for open positions and assist with interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Ensure the fiscal integrity of client and program funds.
• Ensure staffing adequacy and manage schedules accordingly.
• Ensure timely internal and external reporting for program needs/requirements.
• Oversee facility and vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
• Oversee food services component as assigned.
• Demonstrate ability to intervene during client crises per program/contract requirements.
