WSP USA is seeking a Senior Program Director for our Power & Energy Program Management Office in Tulsa, OK, with additional consideration for Oklahoma City, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Corpus Christi, Bentonville, and Shreveport. The role focuses on leading large-scale, highly complex programs in the EHV transmission and distribution sector with embedded client support.

The successful candidate will provide senior leadership, governance, and coordination across regional teams to ensure delivery,

Qualifications

15+ years of post-education experience in project/program management in power/utility sectors.
Advanced understanding of project delivery across DBB, EPC, and client-governed models.
Strong analytical, organizational, and business acumen traits.
Proven leadship in multi-office, cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the most complex, large-scale programs within the portfolio, including budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
Engage clients and stakeholders with clear reporting on progress and risks.
Oversee contract negotiations, governance, and project controls across regional teams.
Ensure profitability and successful completion of all projects within the portfolio.
Develop and maintain governance documents (PMP, QP, PSP, Risk Registers).
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
