Job summary

Xtreme Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced executive Program Manager to lead the Passport Services HQ program.

You will serve as the primary contractor contact with the Contracting Officer and COR, coordinating with senior government stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission objectives. Responsibilities include directing day-to-day operations, driving risk management, and delivering innovations across all task areas.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible for DoD secret clearance.
• Minimum 8 years of program management experience.
• Master's degree or 12 years of equivalent experience.
• PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full HQ Services program as the contractor's primary point of contact with the CO, COR and senior government stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align program objectives with the Passport Services mission and goals.
• Provide leadership to program staff and direct day-to-day operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead risk management, innovation and quality management across all task areas.
• Resolve contract-level issues and escalations.
• Represent the program in executive briefings, performance reviews and customer meetings.
