Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior contractor representative to Passport Services leadership.
• Provide oversight of staffing, workforce development, and employee retention.
• Direct strategic planning, quality management, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Manage customer relationships and executive-level communications.
• Lead performance management, risk mitigation, and service-delivery improvements.
• Ensure contract compliance and successful delivery of program objectives.
• Provide executive briefings, performance reporting, and organizational recommendations.
