Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DoD secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum 8 years of program management experience with focus on risk, innovation, and quality.
• Master's degree or 12 years of equivalent experience; PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the HQ Services program as the primary contact with CO, COR, and senior government stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligning objectives with Passport Services goals.
• Provide leadership to program staff and direct day-to-day operations for efficiency.
• Lead risk management, innovation and quality across all task areas.
• Resolve contract-level issues and escalations; represent program in executive briefings and meetings.
