Job summary

Xtreme Solutions, Inc. seeks an executive-level Program Manager to lead the Passport Services HQ program. You will interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), COR, and government stakeholders to drive strategy and program success.

The role requires oversight of day-to-day operations, strong leadership, risk management, and quality initiatives to ensure mission-aligned outcomes. A DoD clearance and PMP are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of program management experience with focus on risk, innovation, and quality.
• Master's degree or 12 years of equivalent experience; PMP certification required.

Summary: Serves as XSI's executive lead for the Passport Services HQ program and the authorized interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management and customer agency representatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full HQ Services program as the contractor's primary point of contact with the CO, COR and senior government stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align program objectives with the Passport Services mission and goals.
• Provide leadership to program staff and direct day-to-day operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead risk management, innovation and quality management across all task areas.
• Resolve contract-level issues and escalations.
• Represent the program in executive briefings, performance reviews and customer meetings.

Requirements

Education & experience

• Ability to obtain or already have an active DoD secret clearance.
• Minimum 8 years of specific experience as a Program Manager, focused on risk management, innovation and quality management systems.
• Master's degree in a related field, or 12 years of equivalent experience.
• PMP certification required.
