Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of specific experience as a Program Manager.
• Master’s degree in a related field, or twelve (12) years of relevant professional experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Active Secret personnel security clearance.
• Robust understanding of quality management systems and ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception through completion with milestones and delivery schedules.
• Oversee performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Organize work groups, assign staff, and adjust resources to meet delivery needs.
• Supervise and coach personnel; conduct performance reviews and training needs assessments.
• Review work products and coordinate corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.
