Job summary

Lockheed Martin in the United States seeks a senior program leader for the MK48 program. You will direct all aspects of the program, coordinate staffing, assess performance, and ensure cost, schedule and technical performance of MK48 contracts, including activities in Hawaii.

The role demands 10+ years in program management, senior leadership experience, and strong communication with customers and suppliers, plus an active security clearance. Domestic travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in program management, production management, or supply chain management.
• Senior leadership experience on large programs or portfolios.
• Excellent communication skills (technical and programmatic) with all levels.
• Experience with customer and supplier interactions.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System reporting and related tools.
• Experience leading sole source and competitive proposals and developing strategy.
• Ability to travel domestically quarterly.
• Must possess an active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of the MK48 program and leads program review sessions with the customer.
• Coordinates recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, and reporting for direct reports.
• Manages cost, schedule and technical performance of MK48 contracts including IMA in HI.
• Negotiates contracts and contract changes; prepares proposals and budgets.
• Develops new business with customers and expands product lines; allocates resources as needed.
