Job summary

Lockheed Martin in the United States seeks a senior program leader for the MK48 program. You will direct all aspects of the program, coordinate staffing, assess performance, and ensure cost, schedule and technical performance of MK48 contracts, including activities in Hawaii.

The role demands 10+ years in program management, senior leadership experience, and strong communication with customers and suppliers, plus an active security clearance. Domestic travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in program management, production management, or supply chain management.
• Senior leadership experience on large programs or portfolios.
• Excellent communication skills (technical and programmatic) with all levels.
• Experience with customer and supplier interactions.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System reporting and related tools.
• Experience leading sole source and competitive proposals and developing strategy.
• Ability to travel domestically quarterly.

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions of direct reports. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the MK48 contracts, including production, engineering services and performance at the Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA) in Ewa Beach, HI. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $182500.00 - $338900.00
