• Expertise in Agile, SDLC, and lean product management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic execution and cross-functional leadership to deliver programs.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery aligned to cost, scope, and schedule.
• Synchronize dependencies across 20+ personnel and multiple tracks.
• Establish governance, reporting, and metrics for government stakeholders.
