Job summary

Leidos is hiring a Senior Program Manager in the National Security Sector to lead a large software development and system engineering program. You will oversee staffing, budgets, risk, and government reporting while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS guidelines and multi-vendor coordination.

Required fifteen years in program management, TS/SCI with Polygraph, and PMP/FAC-P/PM/DAWIA III certification; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to government contracting or business management.
• Fifteen years’ experience as a program or project manager on programs/contracts of similar scope.
• PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management.
• Extensive experience with SIGINT/CNO environments, sensor enterprise, and tasking systems.
• Experience leading multi-task contracts and a multi-vendor environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contract activities to meet Government requirements.
• Allocate staffing, facilities, and budgets on the contract.
• Review Integrated Program Baseline and resource-loaded schedule for Government.
• Review ETC, CDR and other financial reports per contract requirements.
• Review risk and mitigation activities and report to COR.
• Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews for the Government PM.
• Mentor mid-level and junior staff; ensure cross-discipline integration.
