Job summary

phia LLC seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a large, multi-disciplinary enterprise support program for a national security customer. You will be the single accountable leader for all contractor personnel across a broad portfolio of functions, driving quality, efficiency, and measurable performance on a fixed-price services contract.

The role requires active PMP certification and proven leadership of complex programs with diverse labor categories.

Qualifications

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-functional programs with 30+ personnel.
• Experience managing manpower requirements across diverse technical skills and labor categories.
• Experience with comprehensive financial and performance monitoring of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and oversight across multiple functional areas and subcontractors.
• Interface with customer leadership and contracting representative with authority to commit the company.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan and SOPs.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management plan and escalation process.
• Lead monthly status reviews, track milestones, and monitor service-level performance.
• Manage staffing, recruiting, retention, and backfill to achieve low turnover.
