Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead a 20-person national security facilities services program. 75% focus on program management and 25% on new business growth within the National Security market and facilities management.

Required: bachelor’s degree (preferred), 5 years program management, 10 years in facility management support, and active TS/SCI clearance or willingness to upgrade (YW). PMP and related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Expert knowledge in facilities operations and management.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• 10 years of experience supporting facility management services.
• Successful track record of leading and managing programs in similar scope areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program management of the 20-person team.
• Monitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and operating costs.
• Ensure staffing of qualified personnel for the program.
• Oversee prioritization, monitoring methods, procedures, and programs.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel.
• Ensure contract reports are accurate before submission.
• Maintain close relationships with on-site Project Manager, Team Leads, and staff.
• Review and maintain project documentation, edit documentation, provide work management support.
