Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field preferred.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• 10 years of experience supporting facility management services.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or willingness to upgrade to TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 20-person facility services National Security program.
• Monitor cost control, financials, budgeting, and operating costs.
• Ensure staffing with qualified personnel and manage onboarding.
• Coordinate work priorities, monitoring methods, and reporting to the customer.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel.
• Prepare program reports and support day-to-day on-site management and staff.
