Formación

• A degree in Human Services or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Services.
• Supervisory experience in a human services setting is required.
• Must be credentialed or eligible as a QIDP or QMHP.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises Program Directors, Managers, and Direct Care Staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations of staff.
• Monitors staff performance and provides feedback.
• Coordinates and monitors documentation processes.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings.
