Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises Program Directors, Managers, and Direct Care Staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations of staff.
• Monitors staff performance and provides feedback.
• Coordinates and monitors documentation processes.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings.
