Job summary

argenx SE in Boston or Ghent seeks a Program Director, Governance Forums to design and run the operating model for the Senior Leadership Team, Operations Committee, and Portfolio Committee. You will protect senior leaders’ time by prioritizing topics, framing decisions, and delivering clear actions with owners and deadlines.

You will lead pre-reads, cadence, and information sharing, fostering an enterprise-wide decision system.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in health-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of Program Management experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech environments.
• At least 10 years of drug development/commercialization experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize the agenda for highest impact for three governance forums.
• Structure and operate the forums with charters, decision rights, and cadence.
• Prepare high-impact pre-reads and frame topics for clear decisions.
• Drive meetings toward clear actions with owners and deadlines.
• Share decisions and actions post-session and track progress to completion.
