Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Senior Associate, Enterprise Portfolio Office Governance Execution & Decision Enablement in Boston. You will support governance forums, coordinate committee readiness, and maintain action and decision logs to ensure timely, executive-ready decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO/EPMO, governance, or related delivery functions.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise governance forums with clear agendas, pre-reads, and meeting outputs.
• Coordinate committee readiness, calendars, content standards and follow-up with teams.
• Maintain action, escalation, and decision logs with owners and closure tracking.
• Translate complex portfolio topics into clear decision points, options, and escalation paths.
• Provide consolidated visibility into risks, dependencies, and change items for governance leadership.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Advisory, Controls, Data & Continuous Improvement teams on reporting quality and standards.
• Streamline forums and reporting to improve decision quality and accountability.
• Prepare regular status updates and insights for senior leadership with portfolio partners.
