argenx is seeking a Program Director, Governance Forums to build and run the operating structure for three senior governance forums—the SLT, the Operations Committee, and the Portfolio Committee—within the Office of the CEO. • Proven ability to connect across functions to maintain momentum.
• Clear written communication with concise pre-reads and summaries.
• Experience managing information flow and follow-through across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize agenda for highest impact across three governance forums.
• Reserve room for cross-asset, cross-capability topics with clear ownership.
• Ensure meetings end with decisions, owners, and deadlines.
• Draft and publish pre-reads, agendas, and decision summaries.
• Coordinate cadence and calendar across forums to avoid overlap.
• Embed agile-inspired practices to improve decision quality and speed.
• Act as connective tissue between forums and other governance bodies.
