Job summary

Children's Rescue Fund seeks an experienced Program Director to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring services align with regulatory and funder requirements. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive quality, and coordinate budgets and billing with the admin team.

Ideal candidates bring a MSW, NYS licensure, and at least four years in human services with supervision experience, plus strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• New York licensure (LCSW or LMSW) required.
• Minimum of four years human services experience with two years in supervision.
• Experience with multi-problem families desirable.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day management of the program to meet DHS and funder targets.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure integrated service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate on annual budgets and monitor expenses within parameters.
• Oversee billing processes and coordinate with fiscal staff.
• Oversee facilities compliance, occupancy targets, and work orders.
• Monitor performance data and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Hire, train, coach and support staff performance and development.
• Establish and maintain community relations and service linkages.
